Terms of payment

1.T/T is our usual practice, we can also accept West Union and Money Gram.

2.30% deposit after buyer's confirmation of the order. The balance should be paid when the goods are ready to ship.

3.Buyers should responsible for the possible tax that may charged by their local government.

4.We can provide a few samples free of charge, but buyers should responsible for the express fee. For samples of large qty, buyers has to pay for them, the amount is depend on the sample qty, but we will deduct this amount if customers place us an order.

Express service

1.We usually ship goods by UPS. Fedex,DHL,EMS are available as long as customers pay the express fee to us in advance.

2.we won't insure for the goods and won't responsible for any accidents, damages or other possible issues occurred during transportation. Customers can insure for the goods if they think it is necessary.

3.Normally, the express company needs about 3-9 business working days to transport the goods which is depend on the concrete place delivered to and the weather condition. A tracking NO. will be sent to customer by E-mail once the goods are shipped. We won't responsible for any delay during the transportation which should be the express company's responsibility. Please contact us in time if customers don't received the tracking NO. that they should have received.

Customer service,quality control,warranty information

1.we won't responsible for some broken problems that caused by accidents or unproper operation.

2. we will replace it if it is technical problems.

3. we will product strictly according to the sample that confirmed by customers or customer's instruction. we won't responsible for any rework fee that main cause by customers'wrong instruction.
